If you plan on flying to or from the event you will have a choice of:
Boston’s Logan Airport (90 to 120 minutes from camp pending traffic)
This is a major International Airport with all major airlines direct flights to almost all originating airports that people would use.
Manchester Airport (50 Minutes from camp)
This is a smaller regional airport that is closer to camp. Flights serve Manchester Airport as follows:
Shuttle transportation will be provided from both Logan and Manchester Airports for all who register and pre-pay for the service.
If you want to take the Mosaic Shuttle Bus from Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) please plan on arriving by 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. The Mosaic Shuttle will leave Logan Airport at 2:30 p.m. sharp to beat rush hour traffic. Cost is $60 round trip.
If you want to take the Mosaic Shuttle Bus from Manchester Regional Airport (MHT) please plan on arriving by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. The Mosaic shuttle will leave at 3:30 p.m. sharp. See above for details on which airlines serve this location. Cost is $40 round trip.
BOSTON AREA RESIDENTS
Don’t want to drive to camp? Make your way to Logan Airport Terminal C to meet the Mosaic Shuttle by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday August 29. This will give you a chance to save on gas and engine wear while making new friends.
We will be renting one 15-passenger van from Central N.J. The van will do a round trip to/from the main event only. Limit 8 people plus luggage.
You’re welcome to park your car at a safe location in Northern NJ. Along the way we will make stops at convenient locations to pick people up. We are currently looking at NJ Transit Secaucus station as a pickup point for people who live in NYC and do not have a car. Reasonable requests will be taken for pickups as long as we keep close to the original route to camp by way of the Tappen Zee Bridge, pending requests (sorry, we will avoid Manhattan). Cost is $60 for a round trip fare which is less than the cost of gas if you were to drive yourself there. **This option is at capacity and you can no longer register for it.**
For the Pre-Trip, people can also meet up to ride share Tuesday, August 27th. Marsha's house in CT is enroute from points south. You can leave your car there; there is plenty of free parking. We will be departing her house by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to scheduling issues, we will not be bringing a van from DC. We apologize for the inconvenience.
PLEASE CONSIDER RIDE SHARE as an option!!! Contact email@example.com for more info.
The bus will leave camp around 10:00 a.m. For the return trip from camp to airport on the shuttle please book your flights:
● After 1:00 p.m. on September 2nd at Manchester Regional Airport.
● After 2:30 p.m. on September 2nd at Boston’s Logan Airport. We are expecting traffic on this day.
The official start time of the Pre-Trip is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27th, in the lobby of the Joe Dodge Lodge at Pinkham Notch, New Hampshire in Gorham, NH.
• This is a little over 3 hours from Logan Airport or South Street Train Station in Boston.
• It is about 2 ½ hours from Manchester Airport if you were to take a direct route.
• Depending on the number of people from each location will determine how we work the Mosaic Shuttle.
• We will be looking for people whom are driving and willing to pick people up at the airports.
Dinner starts promptly at 6:00 p.m., so we need to arrive in time to check in and get settled beforehand.
