If you plan on flying to or from the event you will have a choice of:

Boston’s Logan Airport (90 to 120 minutes from camp pending traffic)
This is a major International Airport with all major airlines direct flights to almost all originating airports that people would use.

  • Logan airport has four terminals. For more info about the airport click on then click on Airport Wayfinder.
  • We will be meeting the Mosaic Shuttle at Terminal C (JetBlue, United) near Terminal E (International Flights, Southwest).
  • Please allow extra time if you flight comes in in Terminal A (Delta, United) or Terminal B (Air Canada, Spirit Air, American Airlines, US Airways) as you will need to walk or catch a bus to get to the meeting point.

Manchester Airport (50 Minutes from camp)
This is a smaller regional airport that is closer to camp. Flights serve Manchester Airport as follows:

  • Delta Airlines has direct flights from/to Atlanta and LaGuardia
  • Southwest Airlines has direct flights from/to  Baltimore, Chicago (Midway), Denver, Ft Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa
Note: Do not forget to look Southwest website as they are not listed with third party vendors like Orbitz or Travelocity.
  • United Airlines has direct flights from/to  Chicago (O’Hare) and Cleveland, Newark
  • US Airways has direct flights from/to Philadelphia, Reagan National and Charlotte

Shuttle transportation will be provided from both Logan and Manchester Airports for all who register and pre-pay for the service.

If you want to take the Mosaic Shuttle Bus from Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) please plan on arriving by 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. The Mosaic Shuttle will leave Logan Airport at 2:30 p.m. sharp to beat rush hour traffic. Cost is $60 round trip.

If you want to take the Mosaic Shuttle Bus from Manchester Regional Airport (MHT) please plan on arriving by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. The Mosaic shuttle will leave at 3:30 p.m. sharp. See above for details on which airlines serve this location. Cost is $40 round trip.

Don’t want to drive to camp? Make your way to Logan Airport Terminal C to meet the Mosaic Shuttle by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday August 29. This will give you a chance to save on gas and engine wear while making new friends.

We will be renting one 15-passenger van from Central N.J. The van will do a round trip to/from the main event only.  Limit 8 people plus luggage.

You’re welcome to park your car at a safe location in Northern NJ. Along the way we will make stops at convenient locations to pick people up. We are currently looking at NJ Transit Secaucus station as a pickup point for people who live in NYC and do not have a car. Reasonable requests will be taken for pickups as long as we keep close to the original route to camp by way of the Tappen Zee Bridge, pending requests (sorry, we will avoid Manhattan). Cost is $60 for a round trip fare which is less than the cost of gas if you were to drive yourself there.   **This option is at capacity and you can no longer register for it.**

For the Pre-Trip, people can also meet up to ride share Tuesday,  August 27th. Marsha's house in CT is enroute from points south. You can leave your car there; there is plenty of free parking. We will be departing her house by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.  Contact us for more information at

Due to scheduling issues, we will not be bringing a van from DC. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are driving to camp in your own car or a rented car, you will not need to pay for any shuttles. Check-in at camp opens at 4:00 p.m. Please be kind to the organizers and do not arrive beforehand (we will turn you away at the door if you do).  Keep in mind, there may be heavy traffic on Thursday afternoon. The address of the camp is 18 Lucas Pond Rd, Northwood, NH 03261 (43.184265, -71.165378). If you arrive between 6:30 p.m. and  8:00 p.m. please head directly to dining hall and leave your stuff in the car for later. You will be able to drive your car to your cabin to off-load you stuff if you arrive before dinner. Afterwards the camp will close the roads and you will be forced to park in the parking lots. Any car that is on camp grounds not in a parking lot after 8:00 p.m. on Thursday will be subject to being towed.
